1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

  • Contact & enquiry data — name, email address and message submitted via the contact form or the multi-step quote form. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and forwarded to our internal email.
  • Analytics data — aggregated traffic statistics collected by Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation. No analytics cookies are placed without consent.
  • Cookieless traffic insights — we may use Ahrefs Web Analytics for cookieless, privacy-safe traffic measurement that does not place cookies and does not require consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiries and providing the services you request — legitimate interest / contractual necessity.
  • Analytics and performance measurement (GA4) — consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Data retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and for any follow-up service agreement, or as required by applicable Slovak law. Analytics data is retained according to the default GA4 retention settings (maximum 14 months for event data).

5. Data processors

  • Web3Forms — form submission relay (web3forms.com). Data is transmitted over TLS and forwarded to our mailbox; Web3Forms does not store submissions beyond delivery.
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, loaded only with consent. Data may be processed in the US under EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Ahrefs Pte Ltd — cookieless analytics. No personal data or cookies are involved.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As a data subject you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk.
