Účtovník24 is a new online-first accounting and company-formation service focused on the Slovak market. We combine the expertise of an experienced accountant with a fully remote process: from registering an s.r.o. to monthly bookkeeping, VAT returns and tax filings.

We serve Slovak entrepreneurs and international founders who want a credible EU legal base. Slovakia offers full EU single-market access, the euro as its native currency, a low 5 000 € minimum share capital and a fully digital business register (Obchodný register, orsr.sk).

Our approach to accuracy

The calculators and articles on this site cite the relevant regulation and are reviewed whenever a new annual threshold or rate is published.
